Went to tour this facility today and was very underwhelmed. For the price they’re asking for memberships and enrollment fees, they need to do some serious renovating. There’s no formal front desk. Staff members are sitting at tables to check people in. The layout is choppy. Cardio is downstairs, strength training is upstairs? Hi, I found an earring in the change room downstairs. I gave it to my younger daughter to give to the desk so they can save it when the owner is looking for it. The lady at desk desk at 12:10pm on Saturday June 7th 2025, she directly told my daughter”just throw it away!” I was shocked to hear that unresponsive attention of the LADY! the gym at the Y in Mt. Laurel in always clean and the equipment is top notch. I really enjoy my time there. Will try some classes soon.
