If you have a child with autism or any intellectual disabilities skip this place. They won’t offer any accommodations to your child. When it comes to taking a shower. It was my son’s last day of swim lessons and an employee come up to me saying that there is a woman’s bathroom. After I explained to him what the situation was, he went to get someone else. Everyone is very friendly and helpful. The pool and facilities are always clean, and I hardly ever see equipment or areas down for any reason.
This place needs some renovation . Tiny rooms and always crowded Especially it’s so frustrating to park the car in the mornings when there are senior group classes . Machines are tired and many don’t work .. for the membership charge levied, the place can be maintained a little better
I obtained my membership to the Y in late April with my husband and a friend. We took Kathleen's Silver and Fit class on our first week. We entered the class not knowing the protocol about what equipment to pick up and where to stand or sit. We were greeted with a very unfriendly older women that sneered and talked about us as being the new people.
