Beautifully clean facility & gym that offers free classes to it's members. I have been loving & enjoying both trainer Maureen & Sasha's classes. Sasha took the time after my 1st class with her, to answer my questions regarding specifics of where things are in the new gym. The Silver Sneakers instructors are GREAT, especially Tuesdays class. And, Celeste, who teaches Chair Yoga and offers meditation is stellar. Her classes are well thought out, fun and energetic. BEST Chair Yoga teacher ever!!!
Diverse staff, great exercise clases, modern equipment and nice pool. Been coming for years with my family.
First time signing up fpr ymca. 1st ill start with the process was not at all easy to register yourself it felt like it took forever. 2nd thing every room you walk into has many rules,restrictions and some you even have to sign in. Takes a whole 5-7 minutes to be able to sign in each time for swimming area. They test you before and the girl wanted to test again which my kids had al ready done so, sounded crazy they had to test again and again.I put my foot down and made sure she looked at her notes to make sure my kids names... read more
