Move from upstairs to downstairs apartment in building 2 from building 3 building 2 was not clean refrigerator stunk carpet stains and linoleum all cut too short bathroom commode smells like pee around the toilet. Plus I have one friend that lives here already that has a leak in her bedroom that has not been fixed yet and it's been since last year it leaked when I came here in 2022 and Franklin never fixed it and now she's dealing with the issue that can't get fixed
