For the first time I felt comfortable just walking in the front door. I had a teeth cleaning before any consultation and for the first time in my life, I’m 67 years old, it didn’t hurt for 2 days afterwards. I had everything explained to me and I was so happy to hear that I didn’t need 2 root canals like I was told at a prior location. Everyone was professional and very kind. I finally found a dentist office that I feel good at.
So long we donot feel toothache we donot visit a doctor for preventive check up. Now I released the importance of preventive check up after having visited to Mulberry Dental. It was a great and very pleasing experience a thorough check up and appropriate treatment within short spell . Very conveniently located just opposite save in and Burnaby library. Had a pretty bad toothache and decided to visit Mulberry Dental Clinic — really glad I did! Got a filling done and the whole process was smooth. The staff was super friendly and made me feel comfortable throughout. The doctor was really knowledgeable and explained everything clearly which I appreciated. Overall very satisfied with the treatment and would definitely come back if i am in need again.
I would like to share an honest concern based on my experience and feedback from others. The clinic itself is good, clean, and conveniently located near our home, and we have been visiting it for a long time. However, our recent experiences in the dental department have been uncomfortable. There is a staff member (dental assistant) whose behavior has made me and others feel uneasy. I was at 9:45am at the reception to make an appointment, instead of finding someone to speak to, I found a notice to leave a review.....here we are, the facts are speaking for themselves, no care for patients whatsoever....think twice before thinking to have any service from this clinic.
