Mulebox customer service is great! Very communicative. Prices are fair, they show up when they say they will. Our stuff arrived after being stored for 3 months in great shape.
The mule box was very helpful for our DIY project. The box held furniture for 3 bedrooms. The length of time and the cost for the rental was reasonable. I would use the service again if needed and the drop off process was easy.
Mule Box took care of all our needs from start to finish. They were very friendly, prompt with responses to emails, and they were less expensive than other services! Would definitely use them again.
The best ever! Best communication, delivery, customer service, follow up, function. If there was a 6 star I would give it ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️we used this while cleaning out our garage for storage and it was awesome! We used for 2 months and it was so reasonable and 1/2 off our first month. CS was great and texted or called back immediately when we had questions!
From the first contact I had with MuleBox, Steve Choppin took the time to answer all my questions. I explained what I needed to accomplish & he helped me figure out the best way to get there.
