Once again I had the opportunity to use Mule Box for our storage needs, and I can honestly say it was one of the best service experiences we’ve had with any company. During our renovation, we rented a Mule Box that was placed in our driveway. It was perfect! First of all, it was fun watching them place the Box using a remote control system. The box was clean and as attractive as a huge white Box can be. Then, it made emptying our house very easy. As suggested, we kept important things in the house which were eventually covered in dust when all was said and done. Renting a Mule Box was awesome! It was reasonably priced, convenient and a great quality storage unit. We did not need to be here when it was delivered or picked up. We highly recommend Mule Box!
Matt and his team are amazing. We packed up our house for renovations and stored two pods with Mule Box. Pods were delivered on time as promised, were super clean and picked up when promised. Communication with this team is amazing. They were also super patient with us as we had to move dates around when they were being re-delivered. Totally recommend working with Mule Box!
Cheaper than others and did a great job. I had to change my dates around and it was no issue. Communicated everything very well. I would use them again and tell everyone to check them out before they just get (a group of dolphins - also called a Pod).
