During our renovation, we rented a Mule Box that was placed in our driveway. It was perfect! First of all, it was fun watching them place the Box using a remote control system. The box was clean and as attractive as a huge white Box can be. Then, it made emptying our house very easy. As suggested, we kept important things in the house which were eventually covered in dust when all was said and done. Mule Box did a great job of providing and picking up the portable storage unit promptly. I also enjoyed watching the man use a remote control to install the pod! Great service all the way around, and a decent price.

Timely communication throughout the process of the rental was impeccable. There were no hidden, unexpected charges. Delivery and pick-up were as expeditious as possible. The employee responsible for delivery and pick-up was professional and efficient. I would definitely recommend this company to others.

Mule box was everything I needed it to be. The drop off and pickup were timely and well communicated. We had a tight space for the box to fit, and the delivery driver was extremely skilled in getting it into position. Will definitely use again.

Mulebox customer service is great! Very communicative. Prices are fair, they show up when they say they will. Our stuff arrived after being stored for 3 months in great shape.
