Mule Box was super easy to work with. The customer service was excellent. Quick to respond to messages. Pickup, delivery and relocation of unit was punctual and driver was courteous and very helpful and the price was right. I highly recommend them.
MuleBox was amazing for our storage needs. We had a difficult alley gate to maneuver, but these guys got the HUGE storage pod in our driveway perfectly! My kids loved watching them drive it like a remote control car. That was the key to getting the box dropped precisely where we wanted/needed it. Matt was so wonderful in working with our schedule. Matt from the DFW MuleBox office had great customer service as my rental had to be extended the last day of the contract and he handled cancelling the pickup and contract extension within an hour of our communication. The unit arrived clean and was placed exactly where I asked. Definitely recommend using these guys if you need a temporary storage unit
Once again I had the opportunity to use Mule Box for our storage needs, and I can honestly say it was one of the best service experiences we’ve had with any company. Matt and his team are amazing. We packed up our house for renovations and stored two pods with Mule Box. Pods were delivered on time as promised, were super clean and picked up when promised. Communication with this team is amazing. They were also super patient with us as we had to move dates around when they were being re-delivered. Totally recommend working with Mule Box!
