Shoddy RV camp. Toilet codes don't work, which is a big problem when you desperately need the loo. We were there overnight and they literally park their short term guests in the entrance driveway, so no privacy at all. Everyone is very close together. This felt like squeezing people in as much as possible to make as much money as possible. Would not recommend at all. Seriously disappointed.
This location was perfect--many things to do nearby, including riding our side-by-side onto trails right out of the park. We stayed in the campground out in the open area for 21 nights in Sept. The open area was the best so you could get satellite. Could hear elk bugling at night. Enjoyed the pool, hot tub, and all the workout equipment in the gym. The campground was very quiet and is a dark sky park. We would stay here again.
RV park is somewhat remote but only about a beautiful 45 minute drive from Sedona. The main part of resort is lovely and shaded. We were put in phase 4. Nice large pull through sites with ample space for pull vehicle. But not a single tree. The sewer attachments were far above ground so we couldn’t hook up. No picnic tables. We called about the sewer. They were nice about it and offered that we could move. But by that time we were set up. Overall nice. But really is a large parking lot with hook ups!
Stayed here in our 5th wheel toy hauler. Out in the new more spacious lots at the back of the park. Can take your ATV straight out of the park and hit the trails in Coconino National Forest ! No trees but super spacious and all the hookups . Will definitely be back with the toys ! The front office was also very helpful in changing sites so we could be next to our daughter and son in law and we even were able to extend for a few days and keep our same spot .
Very nice, quiet, peaceful with no drama. Nice scenery, and a lot of things to do around the area. Only complaint was that the campsites were too close together with the hook ups way too far away From the sewer ports of most normal rigs. And the trashcan was too far away. Be ready to take walk or have an ebike to get to all the essential places.
