"Great customer service. I called yesterday due to an..." Great customer service. I called yesterday due to an issue with the hatch on my '08 Odyssey. They were able to make an appointment for me next day at my convenience and were able to fix the problem very quickly. The staff was very friendly and I only waited 30-40 minutes from the time I got there to the time I left with my van all fixed!

Although we spent time at the dealership, because of the service and atmosphere, the time flew by. I recommend Mark Rossi as a sales representative and John Herring for financing at Midlands Honda. When we arrived at the dealership Laura was very nice and offered us assistance as Kacey was busy with other customers. Both were very presonable and did not pressure us into a sale. "I am a very happy 3 time buyer from Metro Honda. What a..." I am a very happy 3 time buyer from Metro Honda. What a FABULOUS dealership! My experience with Metro just gets sweeter. There is no other place that I have found (this is my 9th car.... I love new cars) that is so great! On this deal, I needed to trade in my leased Odyssey for a vehicle that I could get a lower payment on. There just happened to be a fabulous used SUV that fit me perfect. I explained my situation to my salesman (Randall) and he got straight to work. I was upside down in my van and only in the 2nd year of a 4 year lease. It was an absolute miracle what the managers did for me. I walked out of the dealership only a couple hours later (from the moment I drove on the lot until I drove off) and drove off in a fabulous vehicle with a payment that I could not believe! The monthly payment was lowered beyond what I ever expected. Thank you Metro Honda for being so friendly and courteous. You all are wonderful and I'll see you at my 1st oil change!

I am a 22 year old female and expected this trip to the dealership to be a major hassle and I dreaded it. However, they got us in and out in a car we fell in love with at a great deal!
