I moved here during Covid.. when I first got my apartment it was many problems and not move in ready. Didn’t know this until I had everything on my U-Haul truck. I filled out a packet of all the things that was wrong with my apartment and they told me they would fix on it. 5 years later and nothing is getting fixed. They take forever to fix stuff when you're in public housing and when you tell something something's wrong.They always say nothing is wrong I recommend Murphy park, but they need to remodel all the apartments. And put in electric stoves and new cabinets and new showers and tubs. I asked for a electric stove because the fumes from the gas stove has been getting to me when I cook and Still Not Installed or Ordered and Still no work orders done they just cancel them! We need a new management company like SLHA
Murphy Park Apartments Office staff is so incompetent, They have switched staff every 6 months, They never fix things. Pool hasn’t been open since I stayed here 6 yrs. Gates broken cars get broken into, trash in back yard. The only thing that they take care of is the landscape area to make it appear like it’s a nice place to live. Staff rude loss paperwork, leases loss and HUD is paying up to 1500$ or more for tenants rent….. I Recently moved in my apartment & the application experience was good. I received a prompt response. The maintenance responded quickly to my concerns about the washer & dryer. I always give a 4 out of 5 to everyone because no one is perfect. Just keep.up the.good work & the residents will be content.
It started off great now they don’t care about the tenants or the property
