Murphy Park Apartments Office staff is so incompetent, They have switched staff every 6 months, They never fix things. Pool hasn’t been open since I stayed here 6 yrs. Gates broken cars get broken into, trash in back yard. The only thing that they take care of is the landscape area to make it appear like it’s a nice place to live. Staff rude loss paperwork, leases loss and HUD is paying up to 1500$ or more for tenants rent….. They take forever to fix stuff when you're in public housing and when you tell something something's wrong.They always say nothing is wrong I recommend Murphy park, but they need to remodel all the apartments. And put in electric stoves and new cabinets and new showers and tubs. I asked for a electric stove because the fumes from the gas stove has been getting to me when I cook and still not installed!
So unprofessional,this place is almost empty they have evicted people claiming they haven’t renewed their lease in years!!! Due to the people in control of the leasing office losing paperwork and then blaming the tenants. How are people receiving help from government agencies, rent being paid without leases. Some people are homeless due to the negligence and not being able to pay for attorneys!!!!!! This should be investigated ASAP
THEY NEVER FIX ANYTHING. EVERYTHING IS OUT DATED. NO ONE WORKS ON THE BEHALF OF THE TENANTS!! EVERYONE AT THE LEASING OFFICE IS RUDE FOR NO REASON! YET IF YOUR 2 SECONDS LATE PAYING YOUR RENT THEY PUT A LETTER ON YOU DOOR!! NONE OF THE SECURITY GATES WORK AND POOL HAS BEEN CLOSED FOR 5 YEARS BUT THEY STILL CHARGE US FOR IT. IF YOU DONT HAVE TO LIVE HERE DONT!!!
I have been trying to get a lease for quite some time I’m asking where are the extra charges on my rent coming from my appliances get used parts that’s not working like my front door that just got fixed from 2 years my refrigerator lining just got fixed from a year ago I hv bn having problems with a smoke detector that can’t seems to get fixed for abt a year now .
