If I could give 100 stars I would! My experience with My Personal Estate Sale was nothing short of amazing. My mother passed away and all of us kids live out of state. Rufus went above and beyond to not only organize a top notch sale but to also empty the house of all the items didn't sell or weren't eligible for sale. The sale was organized and run professionally. We needed to have an Estate Sale quickly because of the sale of our home. We are very pleased with the service Rufus and his team provided. Everyone was professional and courteous. They protected our home very well and cleaned up at the conclusion of the sale. Rufus provided us with updates throughout the day of the sale. He coordinated a donation pickup for the unsold items. From start to finish, Rufus and his team were wonderful to work with! He and Jenny were so friendly, helpful and conscientious. And - his entire team had the same positive attitude every day they were at our home as they set up for the sale, worked the sale and cleaned up after. They covered every floor surface in our home - even some walls and railings so they wouldn't be damaged as large items were moved out. I think this might be the first review I have ever taken the time to do but believe it was warranted. From start to finish, Rufus and his crew were amazing. I was dealing with an unusually difficult situation and Rufus did everything possible to minimize my anxiety. Totally organized items prior to sale, generated an impressive number of sales and cleaned up everything after.
