If there were 20 stars I would rate their services a solid 25! Time had come to downsize from my 2400 sq ft family home to 1400. I had whole rooms of furniture. Some exquisite pieces that were handed down from my parents. Clothing, jewelry, kitchen gadgets, beds, linens, bureaus, framed art, cameras, computers, TVs and sound systems. I think this might be the first review I have ever taken the time to do but believe it was warranted. From start to finish, Rufus and his crew were amazing. I was dealing with an unusually difficult situation and Rufus did everything possible to minimize my anxiety. Totally organized items prior to sale, generated an impressive number of sales and cleaned up everything after. Fantastic group of people!! I am a Realtor and this was my first time getting the pleasure to work with Rufus and Jennie. They helped a client of mine who was moving out of state, recently had become a widow, had so much on his plate and they came in and and crushed it! This was not a very large Edstate sale, but they took it very seriously, very professional and it was a great turnout the day of the sale with all the marketing they did. I would highly recommend Rufus and his team. They are honest, hard working and very respectful. Rufus covered the floors, hardwood and carpeting with protective layers. He went the extra mile to cover the stair railings. After the sale they cleaned up, organized donation pick up. All as promised. Excellent efficient service. Thank you sir.
