Do not work with them!! They keep you unaware of prior tax refunds and expect you to know everything that’s going on, this year was the first year I have done my taxes due to issues with my myGov, I was on the phone for 30 minutes with them just to have a chat with their very rude senior manager. She told me that I had told an accountant that I knew information that they hadn’t even told me nor had I even spoken to one of their accountants.
