Received my 1hr Tax (Portion of the refund) enough for me, same day within the 1 hour time frame advertised. I highly rate their contact system, you're able to get in contact with their consultants almost instantly via phone and email. I have seen the previous negative reviews, but I am satisfied with my outcome as a new customer.
DO NOT USE THIS AGENTS!!!!!! They took $404.80 from my tax refund but didn’t tell me clearly why. I kept asking for a breakdown or invoice, but they never gave me one. All they said was, “We gave you a one-hour refund of $175,” like that explains everything — but it doesn’t. On their website, it says: • Simple tax return is $132 • If your same day refund is under $299, the fee is $88 • If your 1 hour refund is $300–$500, the fee is $110 So for my case, they should have charged me around $220, not $404. First time using these people and never again today is the day I'm meant to get my refund back & nothing in my account. Was expecting this money to help with vet bills. They also lodge your return without your permission get into your ATO account and change details & also want you to call them. PLEASE DO NOT USE!! The stuffing around i need to do now to get my refund sorted by a proper agency.
Apologies for the very belated review. The accountant that assisted me with lodging my tax return on the 4th of October 2024 was thoroughly helpful and easy to communicate with. He also got me a better refund than what I was expecting. I was very happy with the service.
Very disappointed with the experience I had with my tax refund today. I used this service as was supposed to a speedier return. It’s just a scam. Every tax return I’ve lodged in last 20 years has been paid out within 10 days. It’s now been 15 days and still no refund. They just promise it to be a smooth process and it’s the opposite
