We have completed application online. We have tried contacting every phone number and chat available for Myers. We tried in person almost two years ago but Walter couldn't manage to every return our calls or competently assist us. He threatened my 74 year old mother. For a place that is primarily servicing what could be considered a sensitive or at risk community this company doesn't seem to care or be able to provide any level of service.

I went to Myers Commons to get on the waitlist for an apartment. I unfortunately had to deal with an extremely disorganized and unprofessional manager named Walter He asked me for a list of information about my finances and employment but did not give me all of the necessary paperwork . I had to try and chase him down in order to meet his requests which was nearly impossible. I had to continue to leave messages because no one answered the phone. On Monday, August 5, 2024 I contacted this apartment dwelling and spoke to Walter. He assured me after asking several questions about my income that the waiting list was short and moves fast. Walter told me to call him on Thursday, August 8th. Phone went to voicemail. I called again and left messages from August 9 - 16. No response. I called again on August 19th. Had contact with Walter several times - he always has an excuse for not setting up an appointment and has you going theough unnecessary hoops. Today he promised to call back - he didnt do it. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL

I've been a resident here for eleven years and love my apartment. It is a senior property for 62 and older. Last July 2021, the building ownership/management was taken over by Greystone (aka Harmony Housing). The current onsite property manager is rude and unprofessional. She will yell at you if she doesn't want to be bothered and has even used profanity in speaking to me.
