I like this apartment complex. The apartments are a bit small, but very cozy. Paloma was extremely friendly, professional, and knowledgeable about the community. She was my leasing agent during the application process and made everything smooth and easy. When I received my keys, Paloma personally walked the apartment with me to make sure everything was ready for my move-in. I’m still getting used to the place, but overall, so far so good!
I love living here this far (it’s been a year and some change now), and it’s for a variety of reasons. The Apartment Manager JR is a great guy overall, and always ensures that he responds to maintenance request and keeps an open door policy to make sure that you feel like you can go in there at any time for anything. Property Manager JR has been nothing short but amazing since we moved in 5 years ago. Amazing place, great staff, and never had an issue. Great people in that office
This is my second time living at the Myerton apartment complex. I continue to choose this place because of the convenient location for work, DC nightlife, it's private courtyard, and small community. The pictures posted on their website do the property justice, and the leasing office and maintenance staff- despite some of them being new to the property- have been nothing short of stellar performers who show that they genuinely care about making you feel at home. I been living here 4 years i was in a one bedroom for years it was ok but now me in my daughter in a 2 bedroom beautiful I always love here nice cozy in home 🏡 💕
