Don’t live here…just a pissed off neighbor who has to trudge through snow and ice on the sidewalks surrounding this property. The sidewalks around your property are your responsibility to keep clean for pedestrians. If they pay as much attention to their properties, you should stay away…just another profit maximizing, minimal effort big landlord.

I like this apartment complex. The apartments are a bit small, but very cozy. Paloma was extremely friendly, professional, and knowledgeable about the community. She was my leasing agent during the application process and made everything smooth and easy. When I received my keys, Paloma personally walked the apartment with me to make sure everything was ready for my move-in. I’m still getting used to the place, but overall, so far so good!

I love living here this far (it’s been a year and some change now), and it’s for a variety of reasons. The Apartment Manager JR is a great guy overall, and always ensures that he responds to maintenance request and keeps an open door policy to make sure that you feel like you can go in there at any time for anything. Great place to live, nice, quiet at most times, small laundry room that is perfect (every unit has a washer/drier, but for bigger linens you might need those bigger machines), and the pool/bbq area is great as w... read more

This is my second time living at the Myerton apartment complex. I continue to choose this place because of the convenient location for work, DC nightlife, it's private courtyard, and small community. The pictures posted on their website do the property justice, and the leasing office and maintenance staff- despite some of them being new to the property- have been nothing short of stellar performers who show that they genuinely care about making you feel at home. I lived at the Myerton for about three years and didn't have many issues until the very end. Unfortunately, those problems were substantive enough that I would advise against moving here. I had to ask repeatedly for my security deposit back, but I did not receive it until I escalated the issue to Van Metre's legal team because the property manager stopped responding to me.
