The front desk ladies are kind, quick, efficient and have very customer service centric approach. All the dental assistants are amazing as well. We have had experiences with so many over the past 2 years...and they have been kind and very technically sound. Our last interaction with Gaurav was lovely too. My child loves all and loves to come here for treatment.
Milou (sp?) was excellent. Very prompt and attentive. She fixed my problem very quickly and with great care! Keep it up! The only small thing that bothered me was how loud the music was in the waiting area. This is a medical office, not a dance club. Truly annoying and clearly not necessary to have the music that loud.
My son had his LAST appt today. Invisalign journey over the last 2 years. Staff are incredibly nice. All of them! From the ladies at the front to the teams in the back supporting the dentist. Always welcomed with a smile and always on time. Never waited!!! They never wanted any of my time! He has a perfect smile. Never felt pressured. Always got reminders for appts. Always knew what was happening!
I’ve been visiting this orthodontic clinic for a few months now, and my experience has been excellent from day one. The entire team is professional, friendly, and truly dedicated to patient care.
