I had a great experience with Mystorage! The office staff is always friendly and helpful, and I never had any issues during the almost two years I rented here. The climate control was excellent, and having elevator access made everything so convenient. Overall, it’s a clean, reliable, and well-managed facility. I’m only leaving because I purchased a shed for my belongings, but I truly enjoyed doing business with them. Highly recommend!
I had a great experience here! The staff was incredibly helpful and friendly. I was locked out of my storage unit, and they went above and beyond to assist me quickly and with such a positive attitude. It’s rare to find customer service this kind and genuine. Kerri is fantastic! Amazing customer service and personal care and concern in helping by me through a difficult time when cleaning out my dad’s storage units after his passing. Unparalleled service and the most spotless storage facility I have ever seen! I have used multiple storage units in my lifetime and this facility and the people are by far the best I have ever encountered. They are top on my list of recommendations!
