I just moved out of my unit because I moved out of the area. I have used storage units my entire adult life and MyStorage in Mechanicsville was the BEST experience. Great price. Just off the main road behind Publix and Harbor Freight. It was always convenient to stop by storage and run errands at the same time. All the staff I ever ran into was so friendly and nice. Kerry and Ja’el are the bees knees. My units are emotionally packed, but I never get any judgement from them. My storage may not include any shelf control, I truly shelved my worries once I met the two of them. I never have to worry about any of my storage needs ever again. This is the place to go in town.
Great facility with a wonderful staff that keeps the storage facility very clean. Kerry was wonderful to speak and work with! Would highly recommend!
Jael and Kerry are very helpful with things I need. They always show a good/happy attitude.
Terrible management. I went to drop off materials in storage and one of the lady manager was so disgusting, rude, pissed off for no reason decided to take a nasty attitude on me. If you can find somewhere else to go, place your stuff in storage I would highly recommend you doing so! It's okay
