I had a great experience with Mystorage! The office staff is always friendly and helpful, and I never had any issues during the almost two years I rented here. The climate control was excellent, and having elevator access made everything so convenient. Overall, it’s a clean, reliable, and well-managed facility. I’m only leaving because I purchased a shed for my belongings, but I truly enjoyed doing business with them. Highly recommend!

I was locked out of my storage unit, and they went above and beyond to assist me quickly and with such a positive attitude. It’s rare to find customer service this kind and genuine. I just moved out of my unit because I moved out of the area. I have used storage units my entire adult life and MyStorage in Mechanicsville was the BEST experience. Great price. Just off the main road behind Publix and Harbor Freight. It was always convenient to stop by storage and run errands at the same time. All the staff I ever ran into was so friendly and nice. Kerri is fantastic! Amazing customer service and personal care and concern in helping by me through a difficult time when cleaning out my dad’s storage units after his passing. Unparalleled service and the most spotless storage facility I have ever seen! I have used multiple storage units in my lifetime and this facility and the people are by far the best I have ever encountered. They are top on my list of recommendations!
