I just moved out of my unit because I moved out of the area. I have used storage units my entire adult life and MyStorage in Mechanicsville was the BEST experience. Great price. Just off the main road behind Publix and Harbor Freight. It was always convenient to stop by storage and run errands at the same time. All the staff I ever ran into was so friendly and nice. Terrible management. I went to drop off materials in storage and one of the lady manager was so disgusting, rude, pissed off for no reason decided to take a nasty attitude on me. If you can find somewhere else to go, place your stuff in storage I would highly recommend you doing so! It's okay
Kerry and Elise are just Amazing to work and speak with. They go above an beyond to help their customers and make you feel so comfortable with any interaction you have with them. I will usually stop by the office when I leave my storage units just to say hi, that is just how wonderful these two ladies are to interact with. Definitely have to give these ladies and location a 5 star review. The property is kept so clean and well maintained. Ease of access is great.
This is hands down the best storage facility I’ve ever used! The facility itself is spotless, secure, and extremely well-maintained, but what truly sets it apart is the incredible staff.
