I had a great experience here! The staff was incredibly helpful and friendly. I was locked out of my storage unit, and they went above and beyond to assist me quickly and with such a positive attitude. It’s rare to find customer service this kind and genuine. I truly appreciate their help and would highly recommend this location to anyone!
I just moved out of my unit because I moved out of the area. I have used storage units my entire adult life and MyStorage in Mechanicsville was the BEST experience. Great price. Just off the main road behind Publix and Harbor Freight. It was always convenient to stop by storage and run errands at the same time. All the staff I ever ran into was so friendly and nice. Great facility with a wonderful staff that keeps the storage facility very clean. Kerry was wonderful to speak and work with! Would highly recommend!
