My Storage off of London Bridge is the absolute best!! The Best Customer Service! They are extremely friendly, responsive, and caring. In my tough times, they have been able to help me figure some things out with my storage unit! Every time I forget about my bill, whether I call or text their line they are there quick to help me out! I would recommend the My Storage off of London Bridge in Virginia Beach, VA to anyone and everyone I know!!
Updated review: my job just switched to a new payroll system so my check was delayed by two business days. I was short on funds for my bill and missed a call the day of the due date to inform me that the payment had failed. I was unable to call back until after hours and was unable to make the payment until the following day (today). The ladies at the office were so kind and flexible, letting me know that the second attempt had been successful and reassured that no changes had been made to my account or auto-pay settings. This is one of the most honest staffed friendly storage unit facilities around and I have gone to many so i can be a good judge!!! Shannon is so personable and Bonnie is sweet with a charming personality. 5 stars all day!
My mother has had a unit years for soooo many years, and I have had to have my own at least 3 different times since 2019! We absolutely LOVE THIS FACILITY 🙏🏽🙏🏽❤️❤️ always very helpful, clean, respectful and friendly towards everyone! Definitely a 10/10 recommendation from the Casarez/Edwards/Walker family!!!!!
