My friend's car, which I purchased, had been stored there for 6 years. Inoperable, with deflated tires and having never personally inspected, Bonnie (MyStorage Centers) helped me in shipping the car cross-country to Los Angeles. Bonnie arranged pick-up and inspection and took multiple photos of the car prior to shipping. This is not half the story. We ended up at My Storage because the storage facility we lined up for our new travel trailer fell through. It was just going to be a temporary thing, but we love it so much we are staying. Love the pull through spots. Roxy was very nice and helpful. Thanks Amy and Patrick Grogan
I've been using MyStorage here on London Bridge Rd. for well over a year now. This place used to be part of a different group, but the owner decided to go on his own. The process of getting a storage unit going is pretty easy. We were able to move in the same day. They seem to have plenty of storage units available for your needs. You also have the ability to use their truck for free within the first two weeks of moving in, but you would still have to pay for mileage though. honestly this one star review won't do much, but I'm leaving this because of one specific employe. Kelly was the rudest person I've met in a long time, she talked badly behind customers backs, after I left to my car and came back I heard her say something about my bald spot and it made me very uncomfortable and a little insecure. I dont expect anything to be done but I just need this to be known, what type of person you have working for your company.
