I have been renting at MyStorage Virginia Beach for over 10 years. I think it is the best storage place I have ever rented at and there have been many... Shannon & Bonnie at London Bridge are terrific!!! They keep the facility in tip-top shape, are always friendly, courteous and provide outstanding customer service. I have had the need for a storage unit like most families have. I have personally dealt with several storage companies in the past. Recently I relocated to the Virginia Beach area and discovered MY STORAGE, off London Bridge Road, and I have to say that this location is clean, professionally managed and probably the best value in Virginia Beach, Va. I highly recommend this location to anyone! Check them out!👍
My Storage off of London Bridge is the absolute best!! The Best Customer Service! They are extremely friendly, responsive, and caring. In my tough times, they have been able to help me figure some things out with my storage unit! Every time I forget about my bill, whether I call or text their line they are there quick to help me out! I would recommend the My Storage off of London Bridge in Virginia Beach, VA to anyone and everyone I know!!

Updated review: my job just switched to a new payroll system so my check was delayed by two business days. I was short on funds for my bill and missed a call the day of the due date to inform me that the payment had failed. I was unable to call back until after hours and was unable to make the payment until the following day (today). The ladies at the office were so kind and flexible, letting me know that the second attempt had been successful and reassured that no changes had been made to my account or auto-pay settings.
