I’m always relaxed and happy once my visit is over. Norman is a great Therapist. Down to earth and straight to the point.
This place feels like a scam. They scheduled me for an appointment at 7pm—after the office was already closed—then billed me for it. I called to dispute it, and they claimed they called me back, but the bills keep coming. At this point I may have to report them to the licensing board.
