The dental work was fine. The billing department is difficult at best. The billing department was so rude and aggressive and upset me so much that within a few minutes of being hung up on, because I couldn’t give them an honest date and time when I could make my next payment, I cut my index finger off on a table saw. We had submitted all the required insurance/biographical in August of this year (it is now December) . During consultation part, we were presented with an upfront charge of almost $4,000. When questioned further about that this is/was unusual the associate stated “that’s the way it is with that plan” at that point we realized something was up; when further pushed on how would we recoup part of the payment from insurance, knowing that we paid in full.
