Elderly patient on Medicare, seeing Dr. Hanif for several years. He has repeatedly cancelled/rescheduled appointments, some of which have affected Medicare coverage. Bedside manner is curt and dismissive, office staff aren't much better. Most recently, appointment was cancelled because he's decided to go on vacation, and won't be able to reschedule until 4 mos after the Medicare recert date. Apparently, it is acceptable to leave an elderly patient without oxygen for 4 months. That's negligent.
