I LOVE our new home and recommend Napolitano Homes without any hesitation. Being able to select your home site and all of its interior features allows you to put your personal fingerprint on every aspect of the home. The Site Builder and Superintendent have years of experience under their belt and lessened any worries we would have had about building our "forever" home. Poor quality workmanship on Condo at Vineyards at Hallstead Reserve. Dishwasher motor and fan broke 2 months after moving in. Bathroom floor not level. Corner in bathroom is off square by 1 inch. Had to get doors readjusted. Heat was not working. Baseboards in Master bath need caulking and holes to be filled. Submitting request today for microwave (freezing cold inside and can hear water hitting the top of microwave when it rains heavy). Rock siding by front door has one side higher than the other. We were looking for a very specific floor plan that had both upstairs and downstairs master bedrooms so our in-laws could move in with us. When we looked at the Napolitano floor plan for the Milan II nothing else compared! It was exactly what we were looking for. Working with Tara and Danny from Napolitano made the process extremely smooth.
