While buying a new home is exciting and everything looks good closing day we were hit with poor workmanship in our homes from the day of closing at Village Point. In closing day we were told by Jamaar our flooring would be replaced due to poor seams and missing pieces of flooring. While that was honored our flooring was redone and pink glue is showing through and that has not been replaced. These people build homes and not building them correctly. They hire people but making several mistakes and not wanting to fix it. Water issues in my garage from cider blocks and porch is not level due to holding water that takes 3 days to dry. Driveway cracking from bad concrete. You call or email and will and have been getting avoided. Bout to get a lawyer involved because I shouldn’t be going through these issues on a brand new house.
