I will say rent was cheap and the layout of the townhome was great. Has a couple downsides. While I, for the most part, felt safe, my car was broken into twice (there are no cameras, so don’t know who did it). Mailboxes were all worn and would close sometimes. Trash would be overflowing and sometimes be scattered all over the parking lot. It’s been 2 months and have not received security deposit or response from management. If you’re reading this, SMALL CLAIMS. Sue them! And you’ll be awarded 3x the amount! See you in court! :)

Utterly dreadful. I lived here for one year a couple of years ago. I could never recommend it. The management was a pain, the property was not well maintained (mediocre building quality and trash everywhere), and the area did not feel safe. Gunshots were heard regularly and one of my roommates cars were broken into.

Amazing property, great stuff, beautiful floor layouts and overall very welcoming. The new office team is super friendly! I toured and was approved almost immediately! Would definitely recommend

Decent location and price, but management has basically abandoned us. The new owners were very attentive at the start but have been lacking lately. Maintenance orders are ignored, roaches roam, and the dumpster always looks like a literal dump.
