Ms. Auriel is a terrific manager. Of all the places in the area, this was our top choice. Apartment itself was clean. Very spacious and well kept. I could immediately tell that management and maintenance were high quality. The Atrium is a nice touch as well. Highly recommend this complex if you are looking for an apartment in this area.

We have been residents at Natchez Landing for almost a year now. There is nothing I can say bad bout this place. I found out I was moving here with a job relocation with a 2 weeks notice. Looking at apartment review websites in the area, Natchez Landing consistently had the best reviews. The Atrium is a nice addition, its always clean and beautiful. My fiance and I have been living at Natchez Landing since May 10th 2013 and we love it. We wanted to renew the lease for this year, and they have an option for your lease to automatically renew itself if you wish. So we didn't have to do anything it was great. The office and grounds staff is amazing and very kind. The grounds are always clean and the noise level is very low. If you are looking for a nice, quite apartment. The pool is lovely, parking is great. I would say Natchez Landing is where you'd find it.

I've been here for over a year now and I love the staff, Mrs.Dawn is the best, love it when she is at my location filling in. The maintenance man is great as well always down to fix something when needed. Barely had any issues since moving in. The atrium is beautiful and I can tell they put a lot of work into it. Quiet and safe.

Natchez Landing apartment is a great place to live in. The buildings have security codes which makes it a safe place. The atrium is the highlight of the complex,with greenery all over its has a relaxing feel to it.The rooms are spacious and have a nice sun room with washer dryer. Any maintenance issues are done very quickly and the staff is very friendly.
