We have been residents at Natchez Landing for almost a year now. There is nothing I can say bad bout this place. I found out I was moving here with a job relocation with a 2 weeks notice. Looking at apartment review websites in the area, Natchez Landing consistently had the best reviews. The Atrium is a nice addition, its always clean and beautiful. I've only been living at Natchez Landing for a month, but I must say it's the most quiet complex I've lived in. The grounds are well kept and you constantly see the maintenance men working on things. I'm also in love with how it sounds like it's raining outside my front window from the water flowing in the atrium. Highly recommended, especially for the price point!
My fiance and I have been living at Natchez Landing since May 10th 2013 and we love it. We wanted to renew the lease for this year, and they have an option for your lease to automatically renew itself if you wish. So we didn't have to do anything it was great. The office and grounds staff is amazing and very kind. The grounds are always clean and the noise level is very low. If you are looking for a nice, quite apartment. The pool is lovely, parking is great. I would say Natchez Landing is where you'd find it.
I love living at Natchez Landing. The staff is very kind and they do things right the first time. Our manager Leslie is amazing. She is friendly and easy to talk to if you are having a problem. Our complex is always clean and everyone who lives here is friendly. I don't have any complaints!
