Ms. Vicki, the property manager, was so extremely helpful and informative when I visited these apartments looking to lease. Unfortunately there is no current availability, but I will definitely be checking back often to try and secure a place there. The atriums and the landscaping are beautiful and the area seems peaceful and quiet.
I've been here for over a year now and I love the staff, Mrs.Dawn is the best, love it when she is at my location filling in. The maintenance man is great as well always down to fix something when needed. Barely had any issues since moving in. The atrium is beautiful and I can tell they put a lot of work into it. Quiet and safe.
We have been residents at Natchez Landing for almost a year now. There is nothing I can say bad bout this place. I found out I was moving here with a job relocation with a 2 weeks notice. Looking at apartment review websites in the area, Natchez Landing consistently had the best reviews. The Atrium is a nice addition, its always clean and beautiful. My fiance and I have been living at Natchez Landing since May 10th 2013 and we love it. We wanted to renew the lease for this year, and they have an option for your lease to automatically renew itself if you wish. So we didn't have to do anything it was great. The office and grounds staff is amazing and very kind. The grounds are always clean and the noise level is very low. If you are looking for a nice, quite apartment. The pool is lovely, parking is great. I would say Natchez Landing is where you'd find it.
I've only been living at Natchez Landing for a month, but I must say it's the most quiet complex I've lived in. The grounds are well kept and you constantly see the maintenance men working on things. I'm also in love with how it sounds like it's raining outside my front window from the water flowing in the atrium. Highly recommended, especially for the price point!
