The staff here is awesome! Two reasons for the one star rating. After months of treatment my neuropathy is worse not better. The second reason is a sign on their door this morning. This reason may be controversial but, I have to express my feelings. No one should try to take away your first amendment right to free speech. I feel like this is nothing more than attempting to censor people’s opinion. Conservatives need to speak with their voice and their wallet!!
Was a very relaxing and friendly atmosphere. The information was very informative and everything was explained thoroughly and in lamon terms so I can understand. I will be coming back.
The staff are are compassionate & are understanding. I was surprised when the insurance Explanation of Benefits started coming in. The charges were excessive & codes did not match the services received. As a result, I couldn't continue the treatments due to the costs for a 15 minute visit.
The experience at your office was awesome. The Dr. who saw me was very caring and concerned. One thing I must say the company is not in for money but for the care of patients. He enlighten me about the concern I have and helped me to make a decision regarding my decision. GOD BLESS YOU and keep the care for health of people . Also the staff from front to back was also great and professional.
The word is out!!! They're really here to help us I've waited so long for relief, I'm so grateful for their help Others get on aboard, hope is here .just remembered it's gonna take time,nothing happens overnight. Give thanks to the entire family at the Newport News facility, great job!!!
