I could no longer afford the storage, and instead of allowing me to get my items out, they kept them. I don't think that's fair, I was willing to get my items and so they could re rent the unit, instead they kept charging me as well.
Erica was very friendly and helpful. I had talked with her previously and she assured me that the unit would be ready. She walked me through the process and I was able to complete the online process. I got the app set up with her help and was able to access the unit easily. Unit was clean as is the facility. Overall easy entry and exit to the unit and facility.
Today wanted to make a payment in person cash bases. Waited for more then half an hour. Because it said lunch time 2:30pm. It was 3pm and had to leave . Run the bell no answer. Is not the first time. Also at different hours. And there not there. How many times a day can or hours for lunch?
