Renting a storage unit was quick and easy. Reasonable price for the unit I rented. Staff was always friendly and very helpful when I needed assistance. Thank you.
Today wanted to make a payment in person cash bases. Waited for more then half an hour. Because it said lunch time 2:30pm. It was 3pm and had to leave . Run the bell no answer. Is not the first time. Also at different hours. And there not there. How many times a day can or hours for lunch?
Erica was very friendly and helpful. I had talked with her previously and she assured me that the unit would be ready. She walked me through the process and I was able to complete the online process. I got the app set up with her help and was able to access the unit easily. Unit was clean as is the facility. Overall easy entry and exit to the unit and facility.
They are so awesome and they work with you. This was perfect and no judgement either. They were always clean and professional SUPER friendly.
Wasn’t sure at first, but after seeing prices basically the same at other entities: and despite, fees that made it higher than thought, glad still chose here to have my stuff stored. Not far from the business. And Kimberly Chavira has been nothing less than professional and very helpful when I have found it necessary that I need to interact with her (go to the office). She’s awesome!
