The National Self Storage facility on North Loop is excellent. The facility is easy to access. It has many different sizes of storage. The staff is so friendly. If you ever have a problem, they fix it within 24 hours. Plus, the electronic entry and exit gates, the storage compartment locks, and the payment options make storing with National Self Storage easy.
They have really great customer service and they are really understanding when it comes on having a problem. I would really recommend renting a unit here . The place is really clean and also have great security features. And also Carmen is the real MVP! I appreciate everything she helped me with really nice lady ❤️

Miss Carmen was a very special lady. She was very honest and truthful 100% of the time thank you so much for so many years of service. You are truly a wonderful person.
