First things first! CARMEN is amazing!!! She’s the most helpful, understanding, friendly, knowledgeable, and everything awesome manager I’ve ever spoken/dealt with🤗. I had my storage for about 5 or 6 years and I have zero complaints about the service at this location. I think I kept it for so long just because of the great service that is provided ! Ms. Carmen, the manager, is always professional and friendly. As well as informational, I never had a problem with place. I highly recommend!!!
My experience was none other than delightment and total satisfaction. Ms. Carmen the manager czar was courteous and quit to respond to my ever needs. Glad to have use National Self Storage for a short time. I recommend a pay raise for Ms. Carmen affective immediately.
Ms Carmen is very helpful n she n her staff are very friendly. One thing I really liked was the phone accessibility.
Staff is nice and helpful, but the issue I have is with the nook system that they have. 4 times have I gone to my unit only to not be able to get in. They need a system that has a backup to the nook. 3 out of the 4 times, it’s been the battery. If you plan on having a storage unit, pack all your stuff in plastic bins. Otherwise you’ll have an inch of dust on all your belongings.
