Awful customer service and terrible rates. I started being charged 38 dollars for a 5x10 unit and not even a year later and they raised it to 50 dollars and their excuse is always the damn same “insurance, insurance insurance”. When I called to ask why it was increased and why i wasn’t even notified the receptionist was argumentative and beaurocratic. Clean, no hassle storage facility. I’ve used this location twice and both times renting & closing out was quick and easy! I felt my stuff was safe and secure.
My first experience renting a storage unit was great easy and fast, Ms Adriana made the whole experience go smoothly and quickly!
