Adriana provides great customer service always answer any question,she is very polite always with a smile. Any issues I have with my unite like battery replacement or need a new light bulb she take care of it quickly. The National Self Storage on Lee Traveno has agreat site manager.
The storage unit, although supposedly climate controlled, was full of dirt when I rented it. They blew it out for me, and I put all of my clean belongings in the storage unit. When I went back to leave some other items, my unit was covered in dirt. That’s not what I call climate controlled. There was no insulation at all at the bottom of the door to keep the dirt out. I immediately looked for other climate controlled units that were newer, cleaner, and actually climate controlled. I do not recommend these storage units.

Awful customer service and terrible rates. I started being charged 38 dollars for a 5x10 unit and not even a year later and they raised it to 50 dollars and their excuse is always the damn same “insurance, insurance insurance”. When I called to ask why it was increased and why i wasn’t even notified the receptionist was argumentative and beaurocratic. Clean, no hassle storage facility. I’ve used this location twice and both times renting & closing out was quick and easy! I felt my stuff was safe and secure.
