I rented a 5'x10' unit for over a year. It was my first time using keyless entry which is pretty convenient (no doubt I would have forgot my keys a couple times) The batteries to the electronic lock died once when I stopped by to grab some things. I called the front office and the lady took care of it immediately. Closing the account was easy too, I just swept my unit.
