An app that allows access to storage instead of a key is more convenient, especially indoors with air conditioning. Rolling up all items and placing them in storage is incredibly helpful and saves time.
Easy to use storage facility, HOWEVER, they nearly doubled my rate after a few month's of using the unit. They provided a 30-day notice, but this is clearly a legal & strategic bait and switch technique that they are implementing. Please read other reviews as this is definitely a common practice here.

I rented a storage unit from Joshua at National Self Storage on Thornydale & Tangerine, Marana. Joshua Padilla helped me with everything. I am over 70 yr old and I hate new things and especially technology. Joshua helped me to understand my contract and their app system. How to access my storage unit using my app. He also helped me to load their app on to my cellphone. We then went through a trial opening of my unit using my cell. And I did it!
