I rented a storage unit from Joshua at National Self Storage on Thornydale & Tangerine, Marana. Joshua Padilla helped me with everything. I am over 70 yr old and I hate new things and especially technology. Joshua helped me to understand my contract and their app system. I rented a small storage unit for my brother, and the office staff has been extremely helpful in trying to navigate their automated access system which requires the use of a phone app. If I were rating just Mylania and Arlo in the office, it would be 5 stars. But the system and the app has been nothing but shear frustration. Emails and text messages with pin numbers to establish the app account would not go through, and sharing access with a moving company to put items into storage would not actually give access.
