Would give no stars if at all possible. By far the absolute worst agency in the existence of insurance agencies. My homeowners insurance literally doubled and all I was told was “Yea, that’s happening everywhere” and that they could look for a new policy if I wanted them to. I called Allstate on my own and saved over $1,000/year on my homeowners alone, and found out that I was so severely under insured on both my car and my home that the policy didn’t even look legal.
