This company is awful. Not only do they not put any effort into finding you a good rate, they also don’t communicate with you in anyway whatsoever. Both times I’ve had my insurance about to be up they waited until the a few days before to even reach out about it so I’d have as little time as possible to go over my options. Then they pre charged my escrow account without asking me and put me into the negative. Would give no stars if at all possible. By far the absolute worst agency in the existence of insurance agencies. My homeowners insurance literally doubled and all I was told was “Yea, that’s happening everywhere” and that they could look for a new policy if I wanted them to. I called Allstate on my own and saved over $1,000/year on my homeowners alone, and found out that I was so severely under insured on both my car and my home that the policy didn’t even look legal.
