Been waiting a call from an agent for two months, agents have been switched still no call about to pay my second month with progressive and been waiting before I even renewed. Went in person no one is there they all work remotely and agent was switched yet again. Either they have too much work or too unorganized either way I would not recommend

I have been with Coastal for insurance for many, many years and 3 properties. I have been working with Yanet Milan since her day 1 at Coastal and I couldn't be more satisfied and pleased. She is the nicest, respectful, understanding and helpful person I've met in this business, which can be tough. Yanet please, stay there forever :) Love talking to you once a year LOL- when all the reviews and renews need to be done...You are the best! and Coastal too ;)
