While most people don't love talking about insurance coverage and all the options out there, Cory somehow makes it both interesting and understandable. Charlene at Brown agency has helped me with all my insurance needs. I have had claims to deal with and am adding a new driver to my insurance. Charlene has answered all my many questions and has been patient with me and eager to help making sure I am covered properly. Horrible customer service. I bundled 2 policies and had nothing but problems getting someone, anyone to reply to emails, phone calls or texts. If you're looking for an insurance broker for homeowners/auto shop elsewhere. I honestly don't know how this office stays in business.

I have really appreciated working with Brown Insurance Group, especially my agent Ryan Thomas. My teenage daughter had two fender benders and my (previous) agency wanted to increase my my rate far beyond what I could afford. I found Ryan, and he helped me find a policy that was far more reasonable. Ryan has also offered great advice, always gets back to me, and is incredibly personable.
