These are nice reasonable apartments for older people. It's quiet and well secured.
cant get anyone to answer the office phone or call me back! 2wks! shame
They are not clean never a manager and no one to answer question a lot of fleas and ticks in Apts they don’t help out there tenants and a lot of thieves in the area of Apts in the back and there is never a manager to answer question or get things done a person with non experienced manager he never there to pick up rents he want u to throw it under his door really bad I don’t recommend this apt for anyone unless u have no where to go
They have put my mom through a lot of trouble and waiting. They barely attend . . . was reffered as a good place but the experience has been mighty sour. Sadly.
Always a problem or always about money when something needs fix. Rent is always going up every year and on top of that they only have 1 maintenance man to repair anything if it gets done. Then wants to come in your house and tells you that your house should be clean to where they can eat off your floor when you have 4 small children that's under the age of 10. Then wants to come in and complain about our house cause the old manager quits and then we have to wait months at a time for a new manager to come in and take over th... read more
