Have purchased numerous items from the store. Staff is always willing to help and goes out of their way to get the things that I need. They are very courteous and helpful would recommend. The store to anyone that needs good quality, furniture, good service and the prices are right compared to other places I shop at that carried comparable items
I don't usually leave reviews but my experience with naturally wood was awesome. Top quality products at a good price. The salesperson was very friendly and knowledgeable, I never felt pressured. The delivery was also great, The guy's were courteous and friendly, I feel confident that naturally wood stands behind the products that they sell. To say Gordon and his team did an amazing job would be an understatement. Despite the rough snow, they set up both my bed and dresser at the time scheduled and had both finished in a timely manner. They weren't just quick though, but also well mannered and personal in the most professional way. They were also especially considerate, even covering my floors and wore shoe covers as to not ruin my carpet. Overall it was a great experience and I'd recommend to anyone who's considering.
I went in on a whim to browse sectionals. I wasn’t planning on buying a couch, yet I did. I love my new couch! Teresa was very helpful, she let me browse- I had a few questions that she was able to help answer. Ended up finding a perfect couch that was pet friendly and looks beautiful. Hello, this is Rosie Fenning and Tim and Dalton just delivered my brand new Pewter couch to my apartment. First off, kudo's to both of them as I didn't hear my phone when they called me to say they were here. They were very professional and didn't get upset at all. My old couch was a little problematic getting it out BUT they both touched it out, thought of ways to position it thru the doors to the dumpster!!! Wonderful guys!!! So polite!!!
