The entire couch shopping process was amazing! I.was able to pick my couch out of an Ashley's Furniture Magazine. I paid half down and the rest down when it arrived. The delivery guys Antonio and Forrest were amazing! They were so kind and hard working young men, they had no problem with placing booties on their feet when they entered my house. Thank you guys so much and the Naturally Wood team. I'll continue to purchase my furniture from you guys.
Absolutely loving the vibe this chair from Naturally Wood brings to our home—it’s so comfy! Shopping was a breeze, and Theresa went above and beyond to help us explore different styles and colors to bring our vision to life. Gus and Gordon were amazing—so friendly and professional during delivery. A perfect 10/10 experience!
I don't usually leave reviews but my experience with naturally wood was awesome. Top quality products at a good price. The salesperson was very friendly and knowledgeable, I never felt pressured. The delivery was also great, The guy's were courteous and friendly, I feel confident that naturally wood stands behind the products that they sell. To say Gordon and his team did an amazing job would be an understatement. Despite the rough snow, they set up both my bed and dresser at the time scheduled and had both finished in a timely manner. They weren't just quick though, but also well mannered and personal in the most professional way. They were also especially considerate, even covering my floors and wore shoe covers as to not ruin my carpet. Overall it was a great experience and I'd recommend to anyone who's considering.
We bought a sofa and recliner from this store on Wednesday and they were able to deliver on Friday. The customer service we received at the store was excellent. When the two men (Chase and Tim) dropped off the furniture, unfortunately I was not here, but my husband said they were phenomenal and so kind. The delivery was also free if you spent over $1000; however, if you don’t spend that much, the fee (if I remember correctly) was very reasonable. We definitely would recommend this store and will continue to buy from them ... read more
