Great experience from picking out my new couch to delivery just 3 days later. Bridget was very helpful while picking out which one I wanted and helped set up a convenient delivery time. Upon delivery, Chase and Dupre were very professional and efficient. I have purchased several pieces from here over the last 30 years and they never disappoint.
Theresa was very kind and helpful when my mother purchased a couch, chair and ottoman. Delivery was six days later ( yes!! Days not weeks). The two young delivery gentlemen , Chase and Antonio, were kind, thoughtful, polite and professional. This was my fourth purchase (1st was a couch 15 years ago which still looks amazing!) and I will definitely be going back again!! Thank you for the excellent service!!
I don't usually leave reviews but my experience with naturally wood was awesome. Top quality products at a good price. The salesperson was very friendly and knowledgeable, I never felt pressured. The delivery was also great, The guy's were courteous and friendly, I feel confident that naturally wood stands behind the products that they sell. The entire couch shopping process was amazing! I.was able to pick my couch out of an Ashley's Furniture Magazine. I paid half down and the rest down when it arrived. The delivery guys Antonio and Forrest were amazing! They were so kind and hard working young men, they had no problem with placing booties on their feet when they entered my house. Thank you guys so much and the Naturally Wood team. I'll continue to purchase my furniture from you guys.
I cannot say enough about Naturally Wood Furniture. The quality. cost, and customer service are superior. My property does not make it easy to bring in furniture due to the steep driveway, but the delivery team is great. Also, Theresa is not only a salesperson, she is a design expert. I have shared ideas or inspiration pictures and she will send me a variety of comparable pieces that Naturally Wood has to offer. I have furnished my entire house from Naturally Wood Furniture and will continue!
