Will never go back to chemicals. I love having a clean spa without the smell of chlorine or bromine.
Horrible Extenders! Be CAREFUL!!! It may work well to keep the water balanced, but it has one MAJOR issue that caused me one heck of a headache. The part comes with two extender pieces (a longer one and a shorter one). You just push these extenders together. There are two issues regarding these extender pieces. I really wanted to like this product I really wanted to like this product, but It just didn't work. I bought the correct test strips and the chlorine free shock powder. Though I adjusted for PH I was never able to get the MPS levels to register, meanwhile, the pool got very cloudy and started to turn green. As soon as I returned to using chlorine again it perked right up.

Meh. Did nothing to assist our spa. We have bromine in ours, so it may work better for chlorine.

Bad Buy I have purchased this stick before and it had worked perfectly. This time the stick made my water cloudy and smelly now matter how many times I changed the water. Very disappointed that I can't return this defective proudut.. Will not buy from Amazon again.

We recommend taking a water sample into your local pool supply store or consulting with a pool professional regarding your spa water chemistry. I guess this is a good idea. However I guess this is a good idea. However, it does not fit spas sold at Costco (at least current models) so if you have a costco purchased spa avoid it.
