I have used this sanitizer for my hottub a few ... I have used this sanitizer for my hottub a few years now, and I am not sure if I have ever seen any results. It certainly doesn't take the place of chlorine or bromine, because I still had to shock my tub every week or it would smell funky (so what's the point?) I recently stopped using it because my new hottubs design had piping into the filter that was not suited for this product. One Star Seemed to be totally useless. Will never buy it again.
Reduce chlorine and saves on all chems. Cut chlorine by 75% in 600 gal Hot Springs tub that's 25 years old. Been a user for four years now, I use the tub about 4 times a week and stick last 6 months. Water chemistry stays right on target. I place stick in skimmer box and forget about it.

Horrible product, bad design! DO NOT EVER, I MEAN EVER, USE THE EXTENSIONS THEY INCLUDE TO MAKE THIS FIT YOUR FILTER! This is a terribly designed product. The extensions fall off and get into the pipes of the hot tub. We now need to drain our tub, disassemble the pipes and try to remove the part that fell into our system. Part is right up against our main motor fan because of the loud noise it now makes. Praying that we do not have any motor damage! It is hard to believe that this product is so poorly designed.
