I won't purchase again. Not sure how to rate this. We have a smaller 210 gallon single filter spa. There's no way one of these has the ability to keep the water clean on its own. I still have to use dichlor to keep the water clean smelling and clear. I have it installed in the filter like the instructions show. Not sure what else to do. I don't think I'll buy these again. If you have any thought, please let me know

Hi Amanda, Sorry to hear you're having issues with water balance. The Nature2 Spa stick is not intended to be used by itself. You must use it in combination with a small level of chlorine or Nature2 Cense for it to be effective. I Would Not Buy Again. Wasn't impressed with this item. It did not seem to fit very well in my spa like instructions said, but was able to keep in the spa filter area anyway. The size of this item is super small and much smaller than I thought it would be. I didn't notice that it really helped with my chemicals and went back to my filter with the media built in for a more thorough passage of water across the media.

Keeping up with the program given by seller of hot ... Keeping up with the program given by seller of hot tub, not sure if it actually does anything, replaced every 4 months as prescribed. Have to put in chlorine if water gets mucky..
Easy - no muss, no fuss, no odor, nothing to measure out, love it!!!! I haven't purchased this via Amazon yet, bought the first one from my local pool supplies store after battling with bromine levels for WAY too long, on the recommendation from the salesman. Our spa is very low use, not even weekly, and I do add the low dose chlorine after each use, plus once in a while throw in a capful of shock, but otherwise no chlorine or bromine, and the water stayed clean and clear until WAY over 4 months, frankly, I'm not even sure h... read more

Yucky water I don't know if I received a defective one or not however I did exactly as the instructions stated and within a week my water was NASTY smelled like sulfur and I drained the hot tub twice not sure what it was however when I went back to my regular chemical regimen my water has been clean and tubbing worthy for a month now
