It works. I got a intex inflatable hot tub and decided to get one of these after I had an algae problem in it. Shortly after that I got my first power bill 😱 So I told my husband to drain it since I was still having a few issues with the water and we would try again when it warmed up some. Well he decided to have selective hearing that day and never drained the hot tub. When I recently opened to cover to clean and refill, the was still water in and it was sparkling clear. None of the water issues. The nature 2 had been sitt... read more

... tub you are really missing something this stuff is great look into it If you haven't tried this system for your spa or hot tub you are really missing something this stuff is great look into it. You'll find out that this is so much BETTER. You don't have that chemical smell all the time you don't feel like you're sitting in a bath of chemicals.

Created PVC Housing for Intex Spa I bought this for my Intex inflatable spa after seeing the other review where the user attached it to the outlet with a zip tie. I wanted something better, so I bought some pipe and made a housing for the filter. The key dimensions here are: the part where it screws onto the spa (where the filter housings screw onto) is 1.5". Then, I used 1.25" pipe for the main housing of the mineral stick. So, I have a ring that has inside threads at 1.5", I have a 90 degree elbow that is 1.5" on one end a... read more

I'm disappointed that the manufacturer This keeps my spa water clean and clear. Although, I'm disappointed that the manufacturer, or someone else, does not provide refills. Inside the plastic housing, you'll find a lot of pebble-looking objects. See attached photo. If the manufacturer was more concerned about the cleanliness of the environment than profit, they would provide refills of the pebble-looking objects. Instead, the plastic housing is sealed, refills are not provided, and I have to purchase the plastic housing with... read more

Works well, but tedious installation I've been able to decrease significantly the amount of chlorine I use in my spa since I've added the Nature2 Spa Stick. It almost caused a disaster, though, when I dropped it into the stand tube/pipe in my filter. The instructions aren't completely clear, and the stick went all the way down into my filter beyond where I could see or reach it. I had to fish it out with a bent coat hanger and some other MacGyvering, a process which took almost 4 hours. Since this doesn't fit in my spa, I ha... read more
