Helps a lot! Fewer chemicals, cleaner water! Our water is so much cleaner now! Still use a teeny bit of chlorine, per our hot tub guy’s recommendation, but much less. It’s easier to maintain our tub now. Once weekly chlorine-free shock with lid off jets running 45 minutes + 1 tsp sanitizing granules after each use + occasionally using a little ph down.
PERFECT! Problem solved. I've been using the Leisure time mineral stick since that's where I purchased my hot tub. I've had to dump and refill the hot tub many times and was getting frustrated that it wouldn't stay nice. I hear you only need to check it every few days but I had to add chemicals everyday as one missed day would cause it to turn. Hot tub silver ion filter I have used another similar product, and like it better. The installation on this was more complicated than it needs to be.
