You can't beat this product for great water I am a chemist by degree and specialize in water chemistry. I have used the nature 2 (N-2) in hot tubs and swim spas over the last 20+ years. It works great if you follow the directions and shock your water with tri-chlor granules at N-2 installation to 5 ppm. The N-2 lasts anywhere from 4-6 months depending on water/tub use and allows low levels of Cl residual ( 0.5-1.5 ppm essentially drinking water levels) to maintain good water quality. Seems to help keep the water nice and clean along with use of basic chemicals. Seems to help keep the water quality pretty clean.
Three Stars Have been using these for year... still not convinced that they do anything.
