This office has failed me over and over again. I gave them multiple chances too!! I started off with Dr. Du coming from specialists in women’s health in Waterbury ( another terrible place ) and thought I found a place that would finally take me seriously. Nope, she started off good and the visits just got worse and worse. After being on a birth control that was destroying my body and expressing my concerns and being CONSTANTLY dismissed, they are incredibly condescending. I just had a robotic hysterectomy 2 days ago and I am so happy I did it and had Dr. Albini perform the surgery. Everyone from Saint Mary's were wonderful!! They made sure I knew what was happening (multiple people came to confirm). Surgery was quick and as easy as could be. I went home the same day and have been up and about so not much "pain" more soreness. Thanks again to the whole Naugatuck Valley Women's Health and Saint Mary's!!
Dr Polke has been my Dr. For 30+ years. You can't find a more compassionate and competent individual! He always makes you feel at ease. Highly recommend
Terrible, front staff is rude and condescending. Have been turned down while trying to book an appointment while in the office. When I went there second time I stood my ground and told them my primary doctor sent me. Then surprise surprise! They booked the appointment. Now I'm having second thoughts.
Dr. Albini has been my OB for 25 years and I couldn't ask for a better provider. He is incredibly caring and knowledgeable. He also makes sure I get all my questions answered and he does it in a way that is easy to understand.
