I have lived here for over a year now, I would not recommend. My neighbor below me has been harassing me the entire time I have been here accusing me of using drugs calling the police on me and Lisa wouldn’t do anything about it I had to call the cops in return and file a harassment complaint. Lisa is also very nit picky you literally cannot do anything in your apartment you have to walk on egg shells this is why i will be moving don’t live here it’s not worth the time or effort to get in.
I've been living here for almost 4 years, and it's really just decent.
Tge apartments are very quiet, we love our place. Doug the maintenance fella is great he goes above and beyond to help find remedies to fix problems.
Seems to be a fairly well maintained complex. Consists of at least 3 buildings that hold around 12 to 14 apartments total.
THESE ARE INCOME-BASED APARTMENTS. AND THERE IS A BIG WAITING LIST AT THE MOMENT. The lady was very nice.
