Devastated my employer switched to this company to handle FSA & HSA accounts. Customer service does not exist! Called with questions about claims that have been pending for THREE WEEKS and agent just recites information that’s available online (that the claim is still ‘under review’). At least 6 of 26 weeks last year I didn’t receive my reimbursement on the scheduled day or even in the same week.
If I could, I would give them a 0. I was on Cobra, and I needed to find another insurance company. I was trying to get on a gov. insurance plan until I could get on Medicare. I got a phone call right away from Navia saying they saw I was looking for health insurance. They made it seem as if they were through the government. I swear everyone that works at that company are scam and Con artists. (Very Very good Con artists). They misinformed me, lied to me, and put me through hell. This place provided great service. Every time I went in, I just turned in my receipts and a few minutes later I was issued a check. No hassle. No issues. Now, we have returned after about six to eight months since the last time we got reimbursements. Suddenly each visit is just another excuse after another. They are saying we need documents we've never needed before, have to do things we never had to do before or saying we may have to wait 2-4 weeks, when it only took minutes before. I attempted to call in after being sent a letter saying I needed an itemized bill. I was fine sending the letters and was ready to fax. I faxed to the main fax line and got no answer both times. I called the organization to confirm the fax number. A very rude male associated answered my call (around 10:45am, 8/18/15), and when I told him I got no answer at the fax he promptly said "Well it has been working all morning" in a very condescending tone. Terrible to work with, terrible bank. The website is near useless and has no real information. I only use them because it is my only FSA option with my company. They make it terribly hard to get back and use your own money for medical expense–they act like it's theirs and they don't want to give it to you. The benny card is also terrible, doesn't really work. I can't get to my account info anywhere. Flex Bank is genuinely the worst FSA provider I've ever had to work with.
