Let me start by saying if I could give negative stars I would. This company is hideous in every type of way. I have to constantly provide information as they state " insufficient documentation ". Not sure who is in charge of processing claims because surely they need another profession. My claims clearly state and show the date of service, type of service, provider info, all my patient info and amount billed. NO star, unfortunately, I have to provide 1. Why does it take SO LONG to receive a denial or even reinbursements. If you can't handle the volume of reinbursement, you should not be in this business! It is frustrating for your company to be holding over 10k of my money, and take SEVERAL months to 1. deny, and 2. to even issue a check. The timeline is ridicoulous. The speed, of service and customer service is HORRIBLE!
