I had an amazing experience at NAVO! This was my third IV drip, and everything was seamless from start to finish. Michele, my nurse, was early and had everything set up by the time I arrived. She was so kind, professional, and made the whole experience incredibly comfortable. The spa itself is beautiful and relaxing, and the entire staff was so friendly and welcoming. I had such a great experience—10/10 would recommend!
Such a great experience with Navo! I love that I can either visit one of their spa locations or have an IV come directly to me. I recently got the All In One IV Drip at I La Only Spa at the Lotte New York Palace before traveling and it was the perfect midday reset. The whole experience was relaxing, seamless, and professional, and the nurse made me feel completely comfortable throughout. Definitely becoming one of my favorite pre-travel wellness rituals! ✨💧
I have been getting Navo IVs regularly and I believe this has prevented me from getting sick for the last few years. I get them before and after I travel and it really helps with jet lag and fatigue. I always ask for Lillian she is the absolute BEST and an expert at administering them. It’s always convenient scheduling with them. Tbe Ritz Carlton spa is a great location and has a nice sauna and gym which you can use when you book an IV as well so you can make a day out of it!
