Phenomenal medical advice, no "bedside manner." I was at a different dentist for 28 years, and I tried switching to Navo because they are closer to where we live. Unfortunately, the doctor and assistant never asked anything about me. I just felt like another customer by the end of the visit. That might be totally cool for some people, but I felt out of place.
Dr.Kelly Kim is amazing!!! She makes me feel comfortable and able to do any kind of procedure without any kind of worry. So glad I choose Navo Family Dental!
Called to schedule a second opinion appointment - the person I spoke to was very kind and helpful. Arrived there - the same person greeted me - Again, very kind and respectful. The experience with the dental assistant was very similar. Then I met Dr. Kim.
