I’ve been to several dental clinics, but what I really appreciate about this one is how I learn something new and feel more confident about my treatment plan each time I visit. The doctor always explains things kindly and offers the best options based on my needs, which builds trust. Every visit feels comfortable, and I truly feel well taken care of—I’m always grateful for the experience.
This dentist is outstanding! I had a bad experience with a doctor's appointment just before my dentist visit. Navo made up for my bad day with good people and great service. Very competent office.
Dr. Kim and her staff are great. From the front to the assistants, everyone was just so professional. Dr. Kim is very informative and easy to talk to. The clinic itself is well kept and clean which made the visit overall very comfortable.
Dr. Kim and her staff were great! The place is clean and high tech and the 3D pictures they took to provide you with better care were amazing! Dr. Kim is very personable, knowledgeable and easy to tolk to.
Update 5/14/25: Dr. Kim’s office caked me back and apologized for my experience. They will honor the quote provided by their office in April. I’m very pleased to start my Invisalign journey. I was emailed a treatment plan 4/8/25 for Invisalign. I called back to schedule the treatment on 5/13/25. I arrived 5/13 and was given a different amount ($700 difference).
