I felt rushed the entire time. This pediatrician was with my daughter in the room. She assumed my daughter was underweight and undersize, even though and one year and did not read any notes on file. She took forever to see her and then spent five minutes and left. I would never recommend this provider to anyone
We waited for over an hour after our appointment time to even see the doctor. She didn’t seem too concerned with my baby’s condition, and never checked her ears or anything. Turns out she had an ear infection and needed medication. We went to an urgent care and were in and out in 45 minutes. The appointment at pediatric associates took over 2 hours to learn nothing and get no medication for her infection. If this wasn’t the only doctors office that took our insurance I would change offices in a heartbeat.
I did not like the pediatrician and the nurse.'s attention and service. It's important that you could be inclusive with every child that comes to your clinic. My daughter has sensory issues, and she doesn't like many of the things that have to be done in a clinic. I offered alternatives to the nurse and the pediatrician in order to get the physical exam done, and my daughter was completely disregulated due to many new things. Usually my baby go's to pediatric associates in lauderdale lakes but they didnt have an appointment soon enough so i scheduled one at the sunrise location and i must say i was very impressed the service was awesome from the time i entered until the time i left its a bit bigger then his usual location and has more decorations in the kids waiting room i love pediatric associates overall im glad i changed him to pediatric associates thank you for your great service . this location will be my second choice when his office is all... read more
Dr. Montano is warm, great and takes time to make the child comfortable, she explained everything. We will continue to see her, we are very happy.
