Stay clear of this title company. They don't check to make sure the buyers have the money for closing before giving them the keys and letting them go. They don't double checks things. They aren't afraid to lie to try to cover themselves to dig them out of a hole.

Unfortunately as a Realtor,using Nebraska tile was the worst title company in my clients transaction. There was little or no communication. They messed up closing docs. They never sent my clients their settlement statement. We tried to reach out from multiple sides on why things weren't getting done on their end throughout the transaction. . They need to triple check the closing documents and catch mistakes before asking the seller/buyer to sign. If I were not an experienced seller/buyer, I would have lost money due to erroneous mistakes. Their communication with me was not very good. They never asked or told me that the buyer (I was the seller) never delivered the earnest deposit until 2 days prior to closing. They also need to be better at scheduling. Love Dori and Gaylene! They both have treated me with respect and keep me informed throughout the entire process. Highly recommend them both and Nebraska Title Company. I can now add Danielle Hansen to the awesome list! All other title companies I have worked with fall short when it comes attention to details. Not Nebraska title. They are amazing.
