High quality material used and job was done to perfection. Only complaint I have is that they didn’t remove the bad gutter piece not needed by the basement door. 2/24/24 Update. Within a day they came back and replaced the bad gutter. Exceptional customer service and response time 🤗

Total waste of money. Gutters were not cleaned even after calling and complaining. The folks that I have dealt with are super nice but just cant seem to deliver on the work. The Crew came back out and said they cleaned them. However, upon 2nd inspection, water is still standing as slush are the still in gutters.

I was forewarned by another company to be careful with Ned Stevens. They overpromise and under deliver. My gutters needed to be cleaned because there were leaking in my basement which I know is the cause. After they left there is still leaking in my basement. Ned Stevens advised me to replace my gutters for $1000 which all that was required were gutter clips. They performed a shoddy job and I would never recommend them.

Poor gutters caused flooding around my house. Ned evaluated my gutters and advised had to replace them and evaluated my roof for moss growth. Very professionally done, arrived when they said they would. Quote was half of what other fly by night providers were telling me. Came and did a professional installation. Can’t believe how quiet it is now that the gutters are in. Great experience!

The service was excellent. I placed a service call late in the evening and the crew arrived 7:15am the next morning. They did a thorough job, were respectful of my property, bagged the debris and cleaned up after the job was complete. In addition, they identified several issues with the gutters, which will be rectified in the near future. I highly recommend their service!
