Mosquito treatment is simple and effective. Price is unbeatable. I wish they still offered gutter cleaning for our property but after using their gutter cleaning service for years, our roof was deemed too high and they refuse to come back. I guess our house grew taller over the years.

Its a shame. I never write poor reviews. Cold called in February with the typical and expected sales call to sign up for a contract that I was not interested in. Asked for a bill to be emailed to me beforehand so I can pay before instead of being billed after because they tend to come and go as they please and we manage our finances tightly and do not need another expected bill. Completely unreliable, workers frequently leave a big muddy mess on decks and walkways, and “customer service” agents engage in deceptive practices. You’d have to be crazy to use Ned’s now that the company has been acquired by Private Equity….it’s turned to garbage and they’re absolutely abusing customers. They tell you they can come clean you gutters on a certain day, push you to enroll in a pre-paid plan for the year, then when it’s time for them to come it’s about a 50/50 chance that you’ll get a text towards the end of t... read more

This company talks a big game when you call their representative, but fail to actually show up in the allotted time that they, themselves, scheduled. Worse yet, they provided zero updates on the appointment and when I called back (the first time today), I just got a laxadasical reply from the representative. "Oh they should be there soon..." I had Ned Stevens clean my gutters; they did a good job cleaning. However, they told me one of my downspouts needed to be replaced and recommended doing a full gutter replacement. My gutters were in good shape and working as expected, so I asked them to replace the one piece in question (gutter elbow to downspout) This was 2 years ago, it fell off, and I saw they had bent the original elbow to fit in the gutter.
