It all started in 1965. A milkman named Ned Stevens became friendly with the customers on his route. Over time, those customers started to ask Ned if he could help out with some work around their homes. Ned noticed that more often than not, customers were asking to have their gutters cleaned… and Ned's Home was born!

I came back to update my review. After this review Ned Stevens reached out to me because they wanted to make sure there job was completed to our satisfaction. They sent out Raul and we walked all my concerns. Raul did a fantastic job. Every concern I brought up he worked to fix. I really appreciate that they took my concerns seriously and fixed all the issues I brought forward. It made me feel much better about using Ned Stevens for this job. Great experience recently with having my gutters and dryer vent cleaned out. The two gentlemen were very professional and respectful of my property, as well as very competent. Scheduling an appointment couldn’t have been any easier. Great experience overall..
Ned Stevens/Home always does great job. I have used their services for about a decade and they never disappoint. Expensive, but very thorough job. Highly recommend.
Horrible experience. Ned Stevens cleaned my gutters and discovered I had an underground drain which was clogged. They could not address when cleaning the gutters, as a separate appointment was required. I was told they would be by within the week. They never showed although customer service confirmed they would be at my home. Very misleading with poor service. I called to cancel my gutter contract and they could care less that they missed the appointment. You would be better off with a TRUE local contractor.
Absolutely Horrible Service! I was told 3 days in a row they would be at my house to clean the gutters! No call, no show and the run around every time I called! I even informed them that one of the gutters was backed up but they didn’t care at all! It wasn’t until I went with another company (reliable and much cheaper) that they actually wanted to do the work. 3 strikes and your OUT!! I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone and find yourself someone else.
