Let me just say that I am so happy that Ned Stevens sent me a link to review the company. Every step of the way, the service was superior. I made the appointment with Spencer and he was polite, informative and efficient. He was able to schedule my gutter cleanings for the very same week. The gentlemen who came to clean the gutters were kind, careful and incredibly hard working. We have an old slate roof and they were very careful not to do any damage. I called Ned’s Home a couple years ago in need of gutter cleaning. The rep I spoke to offered their year-round subscription for three cleanings when leaves are present at a discount, plus discounts on any other services they offer. I added a siding powerwash and dryer vent cleaning at a great price. I believe the membership is worth it and it’s great peace of mind to never have to schedule cleanings or worry about it, they take care of everything for me. NOT BBB Accredited. READ ALL REVIEWS BEFORE USING THIS COMPANY. I strongly advise against hiring this gutter company. My experience was nothing short of infuriating. They lied about work being completed, charged me for services that were never performed, and even billed me twice for the same items. I have been using Ned Steven for years. I have used various services that are offered. I had my house power washed, gutters fixed and cleaned, driveway power washed and they do an excellent job. You’re notified when the crew is coming,. You are provided the cost of the job, (so there are no surprises ) and they do an excellent job. . Ned Stevens has a great crew ,, Very professional and shows up on time. . I highly recommend Ned Steven’s.
