I have been using Ned Steven for years. I have used various services that are offered. I had my house power washed, gutters fixed and cleaned, driveway power washed and they do an excellent job. You’re notified when the crew is coming,. You are provided the cost of the job, (so there are no surprises ) and they do an excellent job. . Ned Stevens has a great crew ,, Very professional and shows up on time. . I highly recommend Ned Steven’s.

What happened to this place? They used to be okay. But the last two calls I've made to them, I've ended up looking for other companies to handle my gutter-related needs. Last fall I wanted them to do a gutter cleaning. Everything was great up until the guy on the phone wanted to stick me with a "handling charge." When asked what that was, he was unable to elaborate. Yesterday, I called to have a leak repaired. I was quoted $700. Really?!? Next.

It was on the hottest day so far this season that your employees arrived. They were very pleasant did an excellent job. I had a special request of cleaning above my 2 skylights and they said sure and did it immediately. Thanks

Highly recommend! Filled out their online form on Saturday, got a call back 5 mins later. They were super nice and helped me set up exterior power washing and laundry vent cleaning. They said it’s all done from outside so I didn’t need to worry about being home and they’d come in 1-2 weeks. On MONDAY I got home to a door hanger saying the job was done. My entire exterior looks brand new. Extremely impressed AND the prices were totally reasonable. Highly recommend. Great customer service too!

Negative stars! Terrible! Do not use! They are completely dishonest! I had my siding, roof replaced. A full new set of gutters replaced literally the day before! I was at work and they charged my card for a full cleaning! I have footage showing the man show up and leave! I called and explained the situation and Jose refused to reverse the charge.
