Let me just say that I am so happy that Ned Stevens sent me a link to review the company. Every step of the way, the service was superior. I made the appointment with Spencer and he was polite, informative and efficient. He was able to schedule my gutter cleanings for the very same week. The gentlemen who came to clean the gutters were kind, careful and incredibly hard working. We have an old slate roof and they were very careful not to do any damage. It was easy to schedule an appointment. The two techs who came to my house cleaned out my gutters and washed them out after all the leaves and debris was removed. They were considerate of my home and cleaned up afterwards. The price was reasonable for the service provided.

I called Ned’s Home a couple years ago in need of gutter cleaning. The rep I spoke to offered their year-round subscription for three cleanings when leaves are present at a discount, plus discounts on any other services they offer. I added a siding powerwash and dryer vent cleaning at a great price. I believe the membership is worth it and it’s great peace of mind to never have to schedule cleanings or worry about it, they take care of everything for me.
