This company was infuriating to work with. I requested a cleaning and inspection of my guttering. They showed up a week earlier than they had indicated and texted me just moments before arriving and I was not able to be home when they worked on my house. The workmen destroyed the four story downspout. I’ve had a gutter cleaning service plan for a few years and Ned Stevens never lets me down. Great service and very professional and on the mark timing wise. I’ve never used their power washing services though and with a gutter plan there are discounts for additional services. The crew came today, power washed my house, shed and Deck using their soft wash process. I’m impressed and everything looks great. Great pricing deal too. Hired them last week for the first time. Very professional. Punctual. No fuss, thorough job, in and out. Showed flexibility in pricing. I was worried that they may tack on some repairs etc to gutter cleaning job they were hired to do but was pleasantly surprised that they were honest and didn’t any needless repairs. Overall, very happy and will hire this regularly going forward.

We became alarmed when water was gushing out of the gutters onto the side of the house. Knowing more rain was in the way, I contacted 3 companies. The one was the only one to respond and did so within a few hours. We did pay a $100 surcharge for having them come the next day. The team arrived timely and did a good job as far as I can tell. Ned Stevens is organized, professional, and timely. I greatly appreciate all their services which prevent problems in the home. They did a beautiful job power washing my patio. The crew is unfailingly polite and efficient. I highly recommend this company.
