This company was infuriating to work with. I requested a cleaning and inspection of my guttering. They showed up a week earlier than they had indicated and texted me just moments before arriving and I was not able to be home when they worked on my house. The workmen destroyed the four story downspout. It was very obvious that their ladders did not reach anywhere near the top of my house (after I told them just how tall it was) and they just flushed all of the debris into the downspout which was then so clogged they just beat... read more
Outstanding! Jose and his team (3 people) showed up and were friendly, professional and thorough. I had my siding, fence, patio and gutters cleaned and they did a fantastic job. Everyone I interacted with from getting an estimate to scheduling was focused on making sure they exceeded my expectations. Highly recommend!
I’ve had a gutter cleaning service plan for a few years and Ned Stevens never lets me down. Great service and very professional and on the mark timing wise. I’ve never used their power washing services though and with a gutter plan there are discounts for additional services. Used Ned’s several times for gutter cleaning so called them for a “rush job” gutter replacement/repair. It wasn’t a very big job but it was important to me. They sent over a very knowledgeable tech who quickly made common sense recommendations and scheduled the work. It was done professionally at reasonable cost and in my time frame. Excellent job.
They notified me when they were coming. I wasn't home so I was pleasantly, pleasantly surprised when I got. home and checked my gutters. Just so happened it started raining. Everything worked as it should. It's great when you get a job done well. I'd recommend you guys to anyone without reservations.
