Over time, those customers started to ask Ned if he could help out with some work around their homes. Ned noticed that more often than not, customers were asking to have their gutters cleaned… and Ned's Home was born!

This company was infuriating to work with. I requested a cleaning and inspection of my guttering. They showed up a week earlier than they had indicated and texted me just moments before arriving and I was not able to be home when they worked on my house. The workmen destroyed the four story downspout. It was very obvious that their ladders did not reach anywhere near the top of my house (after I told them just how tall it was) and they just flushed all of the debris into the downspout which was then so clogged they just beat... read more
Ned Stevens is organized, professional, and timely. I greatly appreciate all their services which prevent problems in the home. They did a beautiful job power washing my patio. The crew is unfailingly polite and efficient. I highly recommend this company.
I recently moved to my present location. I've used Ned Stevens for 8-10 years with excellent results. This was no different. Initially I did questioned the pricing quote I received, but after discussing my concerns with Ned Stevens Gutter Cleaning (Kristy), we agreed on an acceptable price that made both parties satisfied. UPDATE- Ned's saw my review here and contacted me immediately. They explained that the photo inspection was new and they hadn't worked out the bugs with processing the report. I took them up on having a manager come to the house while I was home to reinspect the gutters and take photos. Ned Stevens Gutter Cleaning not only cleaned the gutters without me having to be present, but they took pictures of the clean gutters to prove that the gutters were squeaky clean. I couldn't be more pleased with their work. Highly recommended!
