One of our gutters needed clearing and it was time to clean them all especially after the 4th of July storm that hammered our area. The duo was fantastic. They removed old gutter guards, cleaned gutters, repositioned a downspout and cleared and blew debris away from the house and walkways. Super quick and thorough! I will schedule them again in the fall for sure!
I'm happy with the cleaning work, but not happy with anything else surrounding it. On scheduling, I was told the cleaning would be within 6 days, and I'd be given an hours notice before the technicians arrived. Our backyard is gated due to a pool, and the technicians would have no access to that area if we were not home. 1 hour is very short notice for us to drop everything and return home. Absolute gentleman, guys came to my home to wash my roof and clean gutters. I love the fact that they were honest and said that they would do more damage to my roof than good due to condition of my roof. When I finally picked up the phone to discuss, another call actually came in! They tried to sell me on an overpriced repair which my regular handyman did for a fraction of the price. Despite the clear "no," the company c... read more
I wish I could give negative ratings. This establishment is a complete scam. We had booked roof cleaning and paid the deposit. However this company kept dragging their feet for couple months to provide the service. They love to put little notes on your door saying ohh we couldn’t complete the service; please call us. So here I am with my money spent but never received the service with a fake promise of the service being provided in 14 days. After some back and forth communication, they realized that they had underbid the ser... read more
