I had an awful experience with Ned Stevens Gutter Cleaning and would never recommend them to anyone. When I scheduled service, I clearly told them I didn’t want the front gutters done — though I didn’t explain why. The truth is, I had already personally cleaned and inspected the front gutters, downspouts, and the drain line connected to my basement. Everything was 100% clear before they arrived. Terrible customer service. I scheduled a spring and fall cleaning earlier this year. About a month ago I called to check in on the fall gutter cleaning. I was assured I was on their schedule. As of yesterday the gutters have not been cleaned and I now have water in my basement. I called this morning and received multiple excuses. After asking to speak to a manager, which never happened, I’m still waiting for a manager to call.

The two gentlemen that came to clean our gutters were pleasant and professional and thorough especially with cleaning up. They came within the time period of texting me when they would arrive. Very happy with the service

Long gone are the days of my getting up on a ladder to the top of my roof so for the 2nd year in a row, I signed on with Ned Stevens for gutter cleaning service. Once again, the 2 person crew was on time, and courteous. They got right to work cleaning and running water to ensure proper cleanouts. They cleaned up the grounds of debris and were done in about 30 minutes. The price was EXTREMELY reasonable. Signed a contract last Spring for Fall gutter cleaning. Ned was supposed to show up in October and never did. Now December with gutters clogged and every rain storm water spills out damaging my home. Had to call multiple times to get them to show up. Did I mention they constantly tried to hard-sell me new gutters for $4000 even though my gutters work perfectly?
