One of our gutters needed clearing and it was time to clean them all especially after the 4th of July storm that hammered our area. The duo was fantastic. They removed old gutter guards, cleaned gutters, repositioned a downspout and cleared and blew debris away from the house and walkways. Super quick and thorough! I will schedule them again in the fall for sure!

I'm happy with the cleaning work, but not happy with anything else surrounding it. On scheduling, I was told the cleaning would be within 6 days, and I'd be given an hours notice before the technicians arrived. Our backyard is gated due to a pool, and the technicians would have no access to that area if we were not home. 1 hour is very short notice for us to drop everything and return home. This was my first gutter cleaning with Ned’s. It was a little troubling at the start as they didn’t show on 2 appts. BUT when they did finally get here they did a great job with my gutters and I signed up for the 3/4 x a year of cleaning them. No more ladder climbing for me! I’m considering them for window cleaning in the fall.

Beware of signing up or even showing interest with this company. You will get endless communication from them. During the company's first visit they noticed a crack in one of my gutters which the tech reported to the company to upsell a repair. In less than an hour I had a dozen phone calls from Ned Stevens. When I finally picked up the phone to discuss, another call actually came in! They tried to sell me on an overpriced repair which my regular handyman did for a fraction of the price. Very pleased with the service from Ned’s for gutter cleaning. Arrived with in a short wait time, work and service time was great. I have an inspection of the existing gutters and they were honest and I was told only one gutter is in need of repair. Will have the work done shortly and will use the cleaning service again.
