I had an awful experience with Ned Stevens Gutter Cleaning and would never recommend them to anyone. When I scheduled service, I clearly told them I didn’t want the front gutters done — though I didn’t explain why. The truth is, I had already personally cleaned and inspected the front gutters, downspouts, and the drain line connected to my basement. Everything was 100% clear before they arrived. So many miscommunications it was absolutely unbelievable. I called, got a quote and said I’d call back the next day to let them know I’d like to proceed. I got a call the next day and was asked why I turned down going with them, which I hadn’t. I scheduled to have all my roofs cleaned, they only put in for 1 out of the three. After several calls, from my and the workers to the office I had said to do just 2 of the three roofs. They then cleaned the wrong roof. Long gone are the days of my getting up on a ladder to the top of my roof so for the 2nd year in a row, I signed on with Ned Stevens for gutter cleaning service. Once again, the 2 person crew was on time, and courteous. They got right to work cleaning and running water to ensure proper cleanouts. They cleaned up the grounds of debris and were done in about 30 minutes. The price was EXTREMELY reasonable. Recent service was timely, professional, courteous, and effective. The team did not leave until they were absolutely certain the repair completely addressed my issue. This is a quality organization that is truly focused on customer satisfaction. They are very good!

I could not be more pleased with the service Ned's Home provided. I called on a Tuesday and the crew showed up on Wednesday...in the rain. They were efficient and very polite. They completed the job in a few hours. I highly recommend this company to anyone in need of a service to clean gutters or for other exterior maintenance services.
