I had an awful experience with Ned Stevens Gutter Cleaning and would never recommend them to anyone. When I scheduled service, I clearly told them I didn’t want the front gutters done — though I didn’t explain why. The truth is, I had already personally cleaned and inspected the front gutters, downspouts, and the drain line connected to my basement. Everything was 100% clear before they arrived. The two gentlemen that came to clean our gutters were pleasant and professional and thorough especially with cleaning up. They came within the time period of texting me when they would arrive. Very happy with the service

Terrible customer service. I scheduled a spring and fall cleaning earlier this year. About a month ago I called to check in on the fall gutter cleaning. I was assured I was on their schedule. As of yesterday the gutters have not been cleaned and I now have water in my basement. I called this morning and received multiple excuses. After asking to speak to a manager, which never happened, I’m still waiting for a manager to call.

Read the reviews... Ned's will show up to your residence with no more than 30 minutes notice if you get notice at all. They will not give you a heads up when/what day they will be coming. I tried to work with them to ask for a heads up, but that never happened and they were unwilling to work with me. As a result I have cancelled the service, and despite this Ned's continues to harass me for additional services. Wasn't expecting to wake up Thanksgiving morning to the sound of stomping on my roof and blowers at top volume. My 15-year old also found it a little disconcerting to see a man coming down a ladder outside of her bathroom . To be clear, she had run out before he was even fully down or facing her direction. Perhaps if you're going to give techs the option to work on holidays you should confirm with your customers that it's ok they come. Ned Stevens lost our business that morning after 10+ years of service.
