I had a need for a one time clean before closing on my house. They accommodated me quickly. Their team was here within a week and tge guys were friendly and the cleanup was perfect. Hard to make it look so good with constant falling of leaves. But even a few days later my house looks great!

Hired Ned Stevens for window washing. They came during the first week of August. They claim to use a water filtration power-brush system to wash the windows, however the windows did not come clean with their method. The windows were covered in water spots and brush marks. The pollen and dust was not cleaned off. I requested that they come back to re-do. They came back the second week of August. Excellent. I would highly recommend Ned's Home services. Juan Palanco and crew were wonderful. They did a great job cleaning my gutters. They were friendly, courteous and above all were efficient, tidy and just great. I will request Juan and his crew for my cleaning next year.

They came as expected and went right to work. They were extremely thorough getting on the roof testing the drainage with a hose. They also cleaned all of the debris around the house. Very impressed with them and highly recommend them. I will be calling them back.
