Hired Ned Stevens for window washing. They came during the first week of August. They claim to use a water filtration power-brush system to wash the windows, however the windows did not come clean with their method. The windows were covered in water spots and brush marks. The pollen and dust was not cleaned off. I requested that they come back to re-do. They came back the second week of August. Excellent. I would highly recommend Ned's Home services. Juan Palanco and crew were wonderful. They did a great job cleaning my gutters. They were friendly, courteous and above all were efficient, tidy and just great. I will request Juan and his crew for my cleaning next year.

Gutter Kings did our installation a few years back and did a great job. We need a repair this time and the crew was on time, polite, used their safety equipment and did our repair in no time. Their prices are extremely fair. AAA service and I’d highly recommend them.

Really great experience with Ned Stevens Gutter Cleaning. Ernesto and his crew came out the same day I called, and did a thorough gutter cleaning job. These guys are clearly experts in gutter cleaning, as I watched them work. Afterwards, they did a comprehensive inspection, and identified where we needed some recommended minor repair work done — which I later reviewed and agreed too. Finally, the cost for all this was less than I expected. Great company. Great service. Happy customer.

I was away during their last visit. However, when my wife and I arrived home we found the gutters cleared of leaves (there were a lot of them), the roof cleaned of leaves and branches and our deck also cleared of leaves. All of this had been work for which we had previously scheduled and paid. Ned’s will be my go to guys for this and other needed work.
