The gutter cleaning itself was fine and as expected, but the crew needs to take more notice and care of plants, shrub beds, etc. below the gutters. During the job, there were issues with hoses getting dragged over some delicate plants. I did notice before too much damage occurred, but it would be helpful to have the crews have greater awareness before they start the job. I had my gutters cleaned by Ned’s after finding them online and was so pleased. They cleaned off my roof as well. They suggested we get a metal cover for our chimney and came back to do this as well. Efficient, reliable and fairly priced!

Wonderful experience with Ned and his crew (Kevin)! They showed up a couple days after booking and did an amazing job on my old gutters. Not only were they cleaned, but they fixed the areas in need of repair and reattached the spouts. After they were done, Kevin gave me a full report of what was done. I will definitely use them again and plan to book them in the fall.

2 years into our gutter (i.e. out of warranty period), we are seeing the leaf guards for what they are - completely useless pieces of cheap metal wire mesh. The snow and ice completely devastated them. Having to replace entire leaf screen that Ned Stevens had installed. Total waste of money. This is entirely consistent with my first two years' of post installation experience with them - they do shoddy work, in-and-out in a jiffy and often show up to do cleaning without prior authorization. I'm always very happy with the service I receive. Making the appointment for a gutter cleaning is simple and the staff are all friendly and helpful. The gutter crew does a great job and they always clean up once they're done.
