I had been using Levi Gutter Solution for years for gutter cleaning and repair. Their service was reasonably priced, they confirmed schedules ahead of time, and they always showed up on time with a professional demeanor. [EDIT] The QA department reached out and negated my bill. They are also said they will go listen to the really disrespectful conversation I had with a manager. This one person wanted to try and make things right. I said that I would update my review for them and here I am. I no longer have a bill with them (that I wasn't going to pay anyway). My friend referred me for gutter cleaning they charged her about $150 for a second story gutter cleaning they charged me about $350 for the same service in a fancier neighborhood. They practically came within the week and my friend was told 3 months. I would not hire them again to sweep my driveway. I would give no stars if I could.
I used Ned Stevens gutter cleaning for a few years, and I'm done in with them now. Last year they canceled 3 or 4 times because they "couldn't find the house". This year they canceled due to bad weather (totally understandable) but then didn't come back for 3 months. The crew does a good job when they show up, and the folks on the phone are very nice, but scheduling-wise they are a mess.
ABSOLUTELY THE WORST! Gave them 1 year...4 visits at $190 each! 3 of those visits were terrible! I am in the cleaning industry...I understand what "cleaning" is. Workers never showed any motivation. All crews but 1 represented their employer (Ned's) shamefully. Those 3 times, their crews were at my home for less than 20 minutes...20 minutes...$190! They blew gutter muck and debris all over my home, decks, windows, plantings, etc. below...Then they did not even clean up their substantial mess they'd leave behind. Trust me... read more
