I had been using Levi Gutter Solution for years for gutter cleaning and repair. Their service was reasonably priced, they confirmed schedules ahead of time, and they always showed up on time with a professional demeanor. We were long time customers, but recently decided not to continue. The service was fine, but we had a few issues. There was too much of a focus/attempt to constantly upsell us on other services. I know they're a business and trying to make money, but it was too much. What drove us to change was that we found on two occasions they claimed there was damage that we should have them repair, and there was actually no damage. Took longer than expected, due to busy season. Job seemed to go fine, as I wasn't home when it was completed. Two bags of leaves/debris from gutters left behind. I guess I assumed they would be disposed of as part of the job, since I had paid extra to have old gutter guards removed and disposed of
ABSOLUTELY THE WORST! Gave them 1 year...4 visits at $190 each! 3 of those visits were terrible! I am in the cleaning industry...I understand what "cleaning" is. Workers never showed any motivation. All crews but 1 represented their employer (Ned's) shamefully. Those 3 times, their crews were at my home for less than 20 minutes...20 minutes...$190! They blew gutter muck and debris all over my home, decks, windows, plantings, etc. below...Then they did not even clean up their substantial mess they'd leave behind. Trust me... read more
Had a good experience with this window cleaning service. They did a great job overall but missed two windows on the first visit. I called their support team, and they were very responsive, sending someone back the next day to complete the job. Really appreciated the prompt follow-up and thorough work. Thanks!
