[Edit 2] After updating this review, like i agreed, and receiving a zero balance bill, I received a new full bill without any communication. Seems the company didn't like that I left this review as a 1-star, but no one said anything to me. Had somone contacted me and said... "hey, rather than just updating your review would you delete it in exchange for zero balance", I'd have done that. I had been using Levi Gutter Solution for years for gutter cleaning and repair. Their service was reasonably priced, they confirmed schedules ahead of time, and they always showed up on time with a professional demeanor. However, after Ned Stevens acquired the business, my experience drastically changed. I was bombarded with sales calls and mailings, which prompted me to give them a try. My friend referred me for gutter cleaning they charged her about $150 for a second story gutter cleaning they charged me about $350 for the same service in a fancier neighborhood. They practically came within the week and my friend was told 3 months. I would not hire them again to sweep my driveway. I would give no stars if I could.

I used Ned Stevens gutter cleaning for a few years, and I'm done in with them now. Last year they canceled 3 or 4 times because they "couldn't find the house". This year they canceled due to bad weather (totally understandable) but then didn't come back for 3 months. The crew does a good job when they show up, and the folks on the phone are very nice, but scheduling-wise they are a mess.

Poor attention to detail! Drain pipes installed out of plumb and not parallel to adjacent door molding. Drain pipes had big scratches in the paint, that occured prior to installation, yet they installed them anyway and repaired with touch up paint after I pointed out the issue. Left the jobsite without resolving my concerns and marked job as complete! Which triggered automatic billing and payment. Let's hope they return on Monday to fix the issues.
