Hired Ned Stevens for window washing. They came during the first week of August. They claim to use a water filtration power-brush system to wash the windows, however the windows did not come clean with their method. The windows were covered in water spots and brush marks. The pollen and dust was not cleaned off. I requested that they come back to re-do. They came back the second week of August. So many things went wrong here, the main thing was that they went to the wrong house and cleaned their dryer vents. Told me they had done mine, but since you don't have to be home to have them done, I didn't know this until they sent me a picture of the home. They tried to explain it as an "honest mistake" and a "flaw of the GPS". What if they were painters, and they had painted the wrong house? Plus the price they were going to charge me ended up creeping up from the original quote. Just an all around bad experience. ... read more

Really great experience with Ned Stevens Gutter Cleaning. Ernesto and his crew came out the same day I called, and did a thorough gutter cleaning job. These guys are clearly experts in gutter cleaning, as I watched them work. Afterwards, they did a comprehensive inspection, and identified where we needed some recommended minor repair work done — which I later reviewed and agreed too. Finally, the cost for all this was less than I expected. Great company. Great service. Happy customer.

First time user. All went smoothly. Crew showed up on time and in full gear ( impressive!) Unclogged and washed down the gutters. Was very careful with plants. Cleaned up. Gave me a few helpful suggestions. Left debris in recyclable bag. Job well done. Thanks!

Used Ned Stevens for the first time this year. I used to use Gutter Kings, but they seemed to have sold the business or at least the customer list to Ned Stevens. Communication and scheduling was easy enough, but I'm honestly not sure they did much of anything and what little they cleaned out was left in clumps on the lawn. In years past the folks cleaning my gutter produced some bags of the leaf litter they cleaned out. I watched them some and these folks didn't appear to collect anything.
