Over time, those customers started to ask Ned if he could help out with some work around their homes. Ned noticed that more often than not, customers were asking to have their gutters cleaned… and Ned's Home was born!

The team did a fantastic job leaning my gutters. They arrived on time and completed the job in a timely fashion. He sent me before and after pictures and reached out to make sure I was satisfied with the work they did. My gutters look great. I will definitely use them again. I have attached before and after pictures.
If you are wanting to have your gutters hand cleaned by professionals then do NOT HIRE Ned Stevens Home Services. They showed up unannounced, the young man who rang the door bell tracked mud on the rug by the front door. I asked if they were going to hand clean the gutters, he said Yes. Then I watched him grab a large blower out of the truck and I stepped out and asked again if they hand cleaned the gutters first, before blowing the gutters and he assured me that was how they worked. The gutter cleaning is fine. But, if they find anything dirty (siding, driveway, etc...) they will leave a card on your door. It'll vaguely and ominously say they found an issue. Then they won't stop calling for months trying to sell you more services. I just want my gutters cleaned because I don't want to get on the ladder. Leave me alone after that.
Their business strategy is easy and efficient. You call to request a gutter cleaning and they come within 2 weeks to do the job. They arrive, do the work, then leave no fuss. The work they do is tremendous my gutters have never looked better. They even cleaned the leaves and pinestraw that had collected in the top of my shed! Great business at a fair price I always recommend.
This is an edit to my previous review, as it was a harsh view on the company when it should have amounted to the crew team which was originally sent. Customer service, Kristy O, called back and apologized, arranged a new crew to be sent immediately the next morning, and followed through with another call back for my satisfaction on the job.
